Used 2006 Honda CR-V Consumer Reviews
honda 2006
got a good deal on the car (i think). Fun to drive. great control at corners. nice interiors, good looks. on the down side honda civic, accord and CRV on civic chaisis is that on uneven road (cracks) on freeway it gives some sound that is not there in toyotas. there is not any mechanical problem but the suspension of these cars is not same as toyotas. Apart from this hondas are great cars.
Great SUV
I like almost everything about the car. I was looking for an all wheel drive, that got good mileage and was comfortable. The Lexus was nicer but $15,000 more. This car has a lot of very user friendly touches, I do miss automatic climate control and power seats. On a long trip I would kill for about 4 more inches of leg room. Plenty of power, the automatic speed control works well even in the PA mountains.

CR-V a mixed blessing
Runs great on highway and in mountains. has low frequency level noise at 45 and 60 MPH. Started vibrating at stops now too. oil filter position guarantees spillage into frame. road noise higher than expected IPOD option pretty quirky easy to go 12 hour travel day with this
Best All Around SUV
Nice sized interior for a small SUV. There's plenty of headroom to spare for an averaged sized 6' guy even with the moonroof. Lots of cargo carrying capacity. Car like handling. Good power from the small quiet and smooth running engine. Smooth shifting transmission that's idealy suited to the engine and vehicle. Good fuel economy that's equal to or better than most small cars. I replaced my '99 CRV with this one and I plan to keep it for a long time.
Honda CR-V
I have taken many trips with my CR-V. It is comfortable to drive whether you are the driver or a passenger. I average 24 MPG, combined driving, with a high of 29 MPG on a long road trip. Other than normal maintenance, I have had no problems with my CR-V.
