Used 2006 Honda Civic EX 4dr Sedan w/Navigation System (1.8L 4cyl 5M) Consumer Reviews
A Super Car
This is the first car I owned where the gas mileage sticker was true. I have gotten over 43 MPG on Texas interstate Hwy and mid to upper 30's city. Style, comfort and ride is super and it's fun to drive
i love to drive now
My husband and I own 3 hondas and for me this is the best car I have ever owned.I get so many great comments on it so I always refer the people to my salesman( great guy too)I love the dash color and I find it easy to see.It has a very nice smooth ride.I highly recommend this one.
The car is great! Bridgestone tires awfu
I like everything about the Civic EX. The Bridgestone tires Honda put on it are pretty bad though! The dealer said Honda got a big discount on Bridgestone tires and switched from Michlein. I took the Bridgestone tires off and replaced them with Michlein Sport tires that Honda puts on the Civic SI. It now tracks and holds the road MUCH better. Dont expect much from the Bridgestone tires on water or Snow....you will be in deep trouble. This was my 20th Honda/Acura product!!
It's been 6 mths, I still love it!
I can't stop looking at my car. It's been 6 months. Smooth transmission. Comfortable luxurious ride, great gas mileage (I can drive 1.5 weeks on 1 tank). It looks SHARP! Love the navi, the cd player with pc card and mp3 player. I tell people I have a Honda Civic, they are unimpressed... "reliable, good gas saver". I tell them "no, you got to come look at it, sit in it!". And when they do, they are like "you are right, this is a nice car!"
my new civic
I drive 140 miles daily to and from work I feel the civic has enough pick up for highway driving and getting out of the way of the over the road truck drivers. I don't feel cramped in this car like some of the other compact cars I test drove. I like the fact the car comes with many safety features that the others don't. The only thing I would change is to be able to choose to have leather seats. Other than that I have truly enjoyed driving the civic to my surprise. I was looking for fuel efficiency and not comfort but I think I have received both for the most part.
