Used 2005 Honda Accord Sedan Consumer Reviews
7th Honda and still going strong
A pure pleasure to drive. Great handling and brakes. Interior is much improved over 2002. Acceleration also much improved over 2002 and the entire drivetrain is silky smooth.
I LOVE my Honda
I've made three payments on this car and it's the first time in my life that I don't mind writing out a check! The UMF suprises me--sometimes it seems like my car just wants to get up and go (lots of power for a 4 cyl.). It's very stylish and it looks like I paid alot for this car but I didn't. I was blessed to pay $19,990 for this car + TTL. Very affordable. Unfortunately some dummy in a 1980 Toyota rear-ended me last month (ouch!) but my bumper did what it was supposed to do and my car is back to the war it looked-- beautiful! I recommend this car to anyone who enjoys driving a sedan.

First Honda
After comparing cars in the same class I chose a Honda, and I am very happy with my choice. I like the way it handle and the v6 is very quick when you need the power. MY MILEAGE IS NOT THAT GREAT. My average is about 24 miles to a gallon hi-way only.
The best car that I ever purchased.
I've purchased four honda's prior to buying the Accord EXL, and each one had there own special touch to them. But what makes the Accord EXL unique is when I take a road trip. There is nothing like it, I mean its like you're dreaming. You can't feel the road or hear the vehicle when its going down the highway. Thank God for XM radio, because it makes all the difference when you can't decide which CD to listen to.
Questionable Build Quality
Needed a new commuter car and decided to skip the Civic for the Accord Value Package. Great looks, great standard features, etc... Was very disappointed that the windshield glass had distortion in it and creates a 'wavey' effect as you drive. I also went to open the trunk for the first time and the lock fell out the back! The car also came with missing paint on the driver's door edge and a poorly done cover-up job of previous scraping. It's currently at the dealer for repair, but I'm not sure they'll fix the glass issue since it's not obvious when you're not moving. Hopefully this was an anomoly and the rest of the car is solid as historical Accords.
