2025 Ford Ranger Crew Cab Consumer Reviews

More Truck than you would expect.
The XLT Ranger with the 2.3 engine is powerful and quick. Ride is awesome, you’d think you were driving a Lincoln. And the features you can not get on the F150.

Not very pretty!!
I test drove every midsize truck and looked at each one very thoroughly. They all definitely have positives and negatives, not one really having it all. Based on looks, the Ranger has to be the worst looking truck. Isn’t that an important attribute not spoken about.? Yes, subjective but it really is. Front end looks like an SUV, not a truck. I ended up buying the 2024 GMC Canyon Elevation. Strong engine, smooth ride, and more upscale cabin above the Ranger and Chevy and easily the best looks with its rugged stance and comes with a sunroof option. I couldn’t also get past the Ranger XLT which has no heated mirrors and a goofy vertical infotainment screen. I’ve been very happy with my choice.

Blue
Have had our Ranger for a short time and love the truck.Very fun to drive, Handles well and is easy to park in crowded lots.Ride is smooth for a truck with smooth steering.Like the nav and satellite radio, Touchscreen is clear and easy to navigate.Box had a surprisingly large amount of room as does the back seat.Have the velocity blue with FX4 off road package and love the looks from the front.
