I just bought my fusion in Nov. I was so impressed by the way it drove and handled. The minute I got into the car and drove it down the street I was sold. Got a good deal. Drove it home that night. My fusion that i am proud to own. Is Gray & black int. Se sport v6 nice car. I like the way it handles rides great. Was really shock when I put in gear that it didn't know it was in drive I had to look to make sure. Fusion has my vote. Love the car. I had I Toyota which i am embarrassed to say it was a piece of junk. No more Toyota. All so took out 6 year wattanty. The car is great looking w/mag wheels/fog lamps it has a bold look to it. Love the radio. All around great car. I would advise to anyone look Ford first

What a car for the money, build quality and performance are good. Bought the sport and it compares good to my Mercedes c-350 for about $9,000 less. Only complaint it won't synch to my garage door opener call in to ford and they said pre 1996 openers it won't hook up to.Ford come a long way.

We bought a new 2011 Ford Fusion Sport in November of 2010. We traded it in January 2017 with 95K miles. We never had any major problems with the car but the brakes would exhibit the high speed vibration you get from warped rotors about every 25K miles. Easy and relatively cheap to fix but an annoying, and recurring problem. The steering and front suspension developed some creaks and groans at about 60K that only seem to happen when it is hot outside. The only other issue we encountered was that the air conditioner would just stop working for no reason. Sometimes you could turn the car off and back on and it would be fine. There is a known sensor issue with these cars that can cause this and it can be pricey to have it fixed because it's buried in the middle of the dash. Aside from those things, this car worked as intended for just over 6 years. It was the preferred vehicle for road trips because it was roomy and comfortable. Handling was good for an American sedan (it can't touch a Mazda 6 or a German sedan). The Sony stereo is "adequate", it won't win any sound quality awards but not bad for a stock system. Headlights are not great, HIDs were not an option when we got it but it sure needs them. Finally, fuel economy was about 24.5 MPG combined. We could get around 27 on long highway trips.

Save your Money and Buy anything but a Ford

So my experience with fusions has been nothing but poor. Had a 2013 with 22,000 miles on it and the transmission went bad. Got rid of it and got a Toyota Camry. Not one issue with the Toyota. Have a 2011 fusion sport with 45,000 miles on it. Feel transmission going already and it could not pass emission test because the OBD is not functioning correct. Time to go get another Toyota. Save your self the poor product issues and do not buy a Ford. They seem to want to sell build poor products!!!!
