Fusion Energi Titanium
Great car. A 2015 Titanium in their metallic white. We drive a mix of city and expressway about 7000 miles per year. We have over the years averaged 47 MPG. Car has had zero issues not even brakes. The OEM tire were replaced with Continentals. Illinois gets some nasty weather and it has performed admirably. Comfortable and quiet. Our other cars are a Mercedes Benz E350 and a 1993 Corvette. But when we need to take a trip over a 100 miles out comes the Fusion. We recently replaced the Motocraft ignition battery, $240 for everything. by the dealer. The battery and the tires have been the only expenses in nearly 9 years. My only complaint is that its kind of a pooch in the acceleration department. Passing on 2 lane highways needs to be carefully planned. Charging is pretty fast on our 115 volt setup. They did recall the original charging cable because of potential overheating (we had no problem). The new cable is really not ro well designed for storage convienece as its jus a long cable with no place for the excess. Bottom line a great car, and to my way of thinking better the an all electric for distance apprehension.

Junk, Money Pit
I hate my Ford Fusion. Most of the reviews I read on it people love this car and Im just baffled by it. First, It’s just a big heavy car. Everyone talks about how nice the inside is but there is no room to but anything and the cup holders are so close to you when I put something in them I constantly hit it with my elbow. The sound system and heating and cooling is no user friendly at all. Ford could of done way better with the inside. Next my ford went from getting 18 miles a full charge to 12 so it’s not even worth charging it. Truth be told it wasn’t worth it when it got 18 and the electric is what makes the car. The car sounds like a tank when in gas mode. Last every time the car breaks it’s expensive and that’s if they they figure it out the first time. Sometimes you have to take it to 2 or 3 different places before someone can figure out the problem. I could go on and on. Maybe it’s because I’m not a Ford person or a car person. Bow tie all day and I love my Hondas. I’ve just never had a good Ford. I bought it because I paid half of book on it and wanted to flip but when I get 1 thing fixed the next thing goes. One other thing I want to point of is how there is no trunk space. So if you have to move things good luck. There is just nothing good about this vehicle to me.
