Used 2016 Ford F-150 Consumer Reviews
Love my F150
Great ride. My wife has a 2017 XT5 (great vehicle) but when we go anywhere she wants us to take the Ford. Great ride, lots of room, lots of bells and whistles, great safety features, and I truly believe this is the best vehicle I have owned. (72 years old and many vehicles over the years). Have had this vehicle for close to a year and love it

2016 Platinum f150
This is my first truck. It took me awhile to understand all the package options and features to ensure that a used truck would be worth considering. I was able to narrow it Down to the King Ranch and Platinum but the package w Massage Chairs is HUGE (both KR and Plat have them but you have to look). My only disappointment is the MPG but I'm used to smaller cars so it seems in line w all other trucks. The technology in the dash (radio, maps, instrumentation, controls) really is starting to show its age - meaning it’s out of date. For example CarPlay technology was available when this truck was built but it does not have it. It’s functional, don’t get me wrong but the next truck I get will need to be improved massively for me to consider it

10k miles update
I've got the 3.5 10 speed. Very quick, drives great, and the interior is very comfortable. Almost have about 10k miles in roughly 8 months of daily use (since purchased), of which 5k was long highway trips up the east coast. The truck has performed flawlessly and I have had no issues whatsoever. I was hesitant of purchasing a six cylinder but it has more than enough power. The only cons I have are for intermittent apple carplay anomalies (stops working once in a while) and concerns around the long term durability of the paint due to some micro chips on the sides of the vehicle that show an early lack of durability in the paint on aluminum surfaces.

An F-150 to Love
This is my second King Ranch F-150 and I have loved both of them. This one has a 5.5 foot bed and the first had a 6.5 foot bed. The 5.5 fits in my garage with no problems. The truck is very comfortable to travel in and I prefer it on longer trips. My wife likes it because you sit up and have great visibility. I love the sound and overall performance of the 5.0 engine. The gas mileage is good with the 5.0 and I run it on regular gas. My wife chose the King Ranch model as she really likes the look and the space of the interior. I think the truck is quiet and the HVAC systems work well. I have done some light towing with it and experienced no problems with it. The four wheel drive system works well both in winter weather conditions and light off road. Service has been routine and our Ford dealership has been very helpful. Last but not least, I think the truck is great looking with the two tone paint and the running boards that fold up against the body.

My first American vehicle in 20 years
This truck far exceeded my expectations. I owned a Honda Ridgeline before this .I use this everyday for my business and find it to be equal in quality to the Honda but larger. My mechanic told me to get the 5.0 because it's very reliable and Strong .I agree on both points. I have had an issue with the door latches not latching in cold weather, I took it in for a recall on the latches . When it gets below 15* or so it won’t latch
