First SUV
This is my first truck!! Since i got it i loved it!! The only problem is that after i got it i had some problems with the transmission. But since it was certified by ford it was all covered. I have done over 5,000 miles in two months and i know that it will be able to keep up with my crazy driving habits
Good, Reliable Transportation
I had originally traded a mustang gt for this because I needed more space and the ability to get through the snow. It ahs been a very reliable vehicle and has never let me down or stranded me. It has alot more room than the grand cherokee and blazer. It has decent power and has a decent ride (remember its a truck not a car). I would recomend this to anyone looking for a reliable and trouble free four wheel drive vehicle.

I Recommend this Truck
GOOD LOOKING AND EASY TO HANDLE. WIFE LOVED IT. THE HEIGHT FROM THE GROUND GIVES GOOD CLEAREACE IS JUST RIGHT FOR NY POT HOLES. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE WIPERS WHEN YOU HIT A BUMP THE WIPERS WOULD START AND WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN OFF. I HAVE BEEN TO TWO DIFFERENT DEALERS AND IT IS STILL A PROBLEM.
Poor Customer Service
Overall, a decent auto, however, the V8 seems to have a problem with broken ignition wires (as early as 30K-40K miles). Ford is not willing to acknowledge this problem, but has plenty of replacement wires in stock! Also problems with noisy front springs and the brake pedal. Poor quality of rear wiper, electric windows, luggage racks. Comfortable seats, decent interior layout, good comfort features (lighted mirrors, remote door locks, etc.).
Westmont review
Other than the squeeks and rattles with the interior plastic panels, the truck is awesome. The AWD is remarkable in the snow and ice (We live in boston). The ride is somewhat harsh as we changed out the "26lb" Firestone tires immediately after buying the vehicle and replaced them with Goodyear Wilderness - obviously a good call. Anyway, the truck looks and runs great - recommend to anyone.
