Used 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid Consumer Reviews
Prius beater
Had a Toyota Prius for a while and a month ago bought a new 2022 Escape hybrid. the ride is more comfortable and I'm getting better milage than the Prius. I recent 105 mile trip gave me 64.2 mpg and this was not flat terrain but the mountains of eastern Arizona. I am very pleased with the vehicle so far. The car/SUV maneuvers easily in and out of parking spots (my other vehicle is a F-150) and basically fun to drive. I use the EV coach as a guide to better gas milage and so far it works
Great Features & Awesome Gas Mileage on the Hybrid
I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape SE Hybrid. I cannot say enough good things about it. First off, it was one of the few new hybrid vehicles that were actually available. So, kudos to Ford for having things in the pipeline. I love the interior design and all the features it offers. The touch screen is a perfect size and the seats are quite comfortable. The SUV offers a smooth ride with standard AWD on the hybrid models. The best part is the MPG. I took a trip down and back from NY to NC and got 42 MPG driving at the speed limit. I am so impressed. It is saving me a ton of money on gas. I would highly recommend you check out this vehicle. And, if you need a slightly larger SUV, Ford offers the Edge in a hybrid model as well.

Nice surprise
I am driving the Escape SEL AWD. I agree with the majority there is too much plastic in this interior, however, the ride is smooth and the mileage is great, getting as low 5,4 litres per 100 km. The AWD is great in snow or icy roads. One little set back is the noise level of the Atkinson engine. Maybe a better sound isolation from the motor compartment and the cabin could improve this car. A great value for your money. Almost 20,000 miles after 18 months and this car runs like brand new.

Better than prior reviews
Bought our Hybrid in March. Just took our first long trip. Purred down the freeway and curvy mountain roads. Ave 37 mpg even with high speeds.
