Used 2019 Ford EcoSport S 4dr SUV (1.0L 3cyl Turbo 6A) Consumer Reviews
FUN TO DRIVE & CUTE TO LOOK AT.
Most fun car I've had since my 1972 Super Beetle. :) Drives like a go cart, zips in and out of traffic, and I love the gas mileage I'm getting. 32 City, 40 Highway. Now, if I drive like an idiot and floor it a lot, then 29 city 32 Highway. I like that the car has plenty of pull, but doesn't accelerate too quickly like my 2.0 Fusion did. I have no complaints so far other than I miss my navigation system, but that is something I can install at a later time.

I just bought my very first NEW car!
2019 Ford Ecosport 1. Very good on gas. 2. FordPass Connect lets you sync your phone with the car, so you can choose to answer or decline a call. Then you speak and hear thru your speakers. The only thing I DON'T like is if I am talking on the phone at home, and my husband starts the car to leave, the phone call goes to the car and he can hear thru the speakers. I no longer can talk to the person thru my phone or hear them talking to me. 3. The rear hatch opens out to the left instead of upwards. 4. There is a backup screen on the dash that shows you what it looks like behind you as you are backing up, with lines to guide your backup path. 5. It comes with an auto start/stop feature for better emission control and gas consumption. When you are stopped at a stop light, it shuts off, but seamlessly starts up again once you let your foot off the brake. 6. Rear seats fold down for more room for luggage and stuff.

Has plenty of power
I just bought a 2019 1.0 3 cyl ecoboost. I am very pleased with the overall beauty of this car. Its small but sporty. I can tell you the motor has lots of pep and power, just as much as my 4.6 2018 ford Taurus. It sits high in the driving position and fun to drive. And the gas mileage is phenomenal.

It's got everything I need
I'm amazed at all of the features this compact SUV has. I see rankings of the EcoSport all the time and it's usually low on the list and I can't figure out why. It's just a Model S so I wasn't expecting too many bells and whistles but with Android Play (also Apple Play) I get Navigation through Google Maps on the 7" screen and phone with voice command. It also has a Moon-roof, heated seats, keyless entry and start, and engine stop and start. I like it better than the Trax I had previously and has a smoother ride than the other compact SUVs I test drove. At first I wasn't impressed by the tiny 1.0L Turbo engine, but it has more than enough power for me. The handling and turning circle is great. I'm getting about 28 miles to the gallon overall. For me, it's a perfect every day car.
