Great All Around & V. Good Economy
Comfortable, quiet inside, good handling & visibility, very practical, nice interior, well-built. Underrated car-- buyer's opportunity for great value. In non-winter months fuel economy avg (over a tankful of gas) is 40-42 MPG. Only in winter on cold day in Phila area does MPG avg drop slightly below 40 MPG but after 30 mile trip goes back to 40 mpg or more. Does not want for power, which is main criticism of Prius. A great all around car that happens to also get great fuel economy. Still pleased after 20+ thousand miles.

Great Value, Fuel Economy & Performance
Great car, especially for the price. Quiet & comfortable. Nice interior. The right balance of fuel economy & performance. Less mileage than some other hybrids, but far better acceleration and does not have rough shifting dual clutch automatic that many others have. Can save $3,000 or so if you opt for SE and get specific desired options. In non-winter driving I routinely avg over 40 mpg. No spare tire, but you can buy compact one online and put in smallish trunk. I did since I would not go on long trip without spare tire. A very underrated car--an advantage for informed buyer. I am a highly satisfied C-Max owner.

The Best
Don't know why they are always crying about not enough mpg. 40 mpg isn't bad. If you want more than that you will have to accept a gutless tin can with noisy ride. Most reliable car ever.
