2002 Dodge Neon R/T. I commute a lot and I wanted something fun and sporty to drive. These car are fun to drive. Handling is great and performance from the 2.0 Magnum engine is quick. The car is built well. Love driving this car. Lot of people say "you drive a Neon"? Once they ride in it, they have a totally different attitude, they are surprised how well the car rides.

when i was searching for a new car the neon r/t had it all the power the comfort all for less than any other car. the car is quicker than road tests show i am very please with this car

Other than the hassles with the initial purchase from a deceatful dealership, the car itself has been truely suprising. Bought as a future long distance daily driver with hopes of economy and good gas mileage....and can you believe it they are all true. The car is exactly as it spells out in the brochure.
Pretty Impressive for a domestic.

Traded in my Golf 1.8t for this vehicle. So far so good. For the price I don't see how you could pass on this, especially with the 2k rebate and 500 rebate from State Farm or Country Companies (Farm Bureau Member). Loaded with options. Brakes are top of the line. Better than the new Acura. Quick (not fast), handles great and gets outstanding gas mileage (35 mpg) first tank. Pretty roomy for a compact and has a big trunk. Doesn't look like anything on the road and there are a large number of aftermarket products on the market for this car. Replacement parts are also cheap, especially coming from a VW - 1,000.00 for a clutch and flywheel.
