Still loving this Journey since day 1 best buy so far for the money waranty all is great I take it to the Dealer to do regular maintenance and never feel that they try to oversell some other things love the Dodge Brand This is more of what I was expecting due a (expert review) on most of the online research Mine is the black top edition Honestly Im amaze and extremely happy with this 3 row seat, roomy, quiet ride, even whit the 4 cilinder like mine have enough power to do the job and the fuel economy for the size is great. 2 children lot of traveling is happy place for all my self and family enjoy this wonderfull problem free crossover from Dodge Like all cars give the schedule maintenance and is goin to be a great SUV Thanks

Car with issues

2018 Dodge Journey Crossroad 4dr SUV AWD (3.6L 6cyl 6A)

Purchased 2018 Dodge Journey Crossroads with all the extra features. Drove great during test drive; nice looking car for the price tag. The first week of owning the car, the power steering and acceleration went out while driving on two separate occasions. The car was still under factory warranty but Dodge found no problems. We have read countless similar stories. Due to the vehicle being a major safety issue we bought another car two weeks later. We only drove the car one week and we were given 4k negative equity. Stay away, Dodge Journey is a nightmare car. Wish we never crossed paths.

Step Up for a Journey

J.E. Perkins, 02/17/2018
2017 Dodge Journey Crossroad Plus 4dr SUV AWD (3.6L 6cyl 6A)

Traded in my 2002 Ford Edge Ranger. As much as I loved that old pickup I do have to admit the Journey is a step up. I drove the 4 cycl Journey and it was ok but lacked in responsiveness when I needed the power. However, the 3.6L V6 Crossroads plus is just that a PLUS. I look forward to many, many years and many, many outings with this Dodge.

Never Again

Maybe I got a lemon, but I have had nothing but issues. I have had it for 3 years now and got it off the line. Over those 3 years, I have had transmission issues that started about a month after I got the car, replaced the radiator, hub assembly, had ABS issues. The tires they put on it are absolute junk. I get phantom beeps. Like a message should pop up to tell me something is wrong but it doesn't. Ever. Currently my check engine light will come on, stay on for a day or two. Then go back off again. My airbag light is doing the same thing. Honestly can't wait to get rid of it.

I have had nothing but problems with this car. Especially with the transmission. Dealership told me i needed a flush.so i got the flush..2 weeks later trans was slipping and not shifting.took it back and said i needed new trans at the tune of $5000 Got a rebuilt for 2600 Dealer would not cover or help with cost because i was 3000 miles over warranty. Rip off and lemon Will not buy another dodge product
