Gas economy
If you are looking truck for fuel economy don't buy this truck on city don't give me more then 17mpg and fwy 23, the dealer ship said after 5000 milles will be bether but is. Not truth . Now after 12 000 miles spell more gas then before, on street 16 or 15 miles per gallon end fwy only 22 with no trafic.

Low beam headlights dangerous for night driving
Overall I really love this truck. However, being a short person the windows and windshield are really not tall enough to give me a lot of visibility. The storage in the front doors is terrible. Very little space. The worst problem is with the low beam headlights. They are very dangerous because there's no visibility. They don't shine very far in front of the vehicle and there is no ambient lighting above them so it's like there is a black curtain hiding 2/3 of the upper part of what you see out of the windshield. If you are driving over 55 it makes it difficult to see curves in the road until you are right up on them. Also hard to see street signs until you are on top of those, too. I would be very reluctant to drive this truck at night on an unfamiliar winding road that doesn't have street lights. This is a serious issue for GM. Fortunately I don't drive much at night or I would have to get rid of this truck even though I like almost everything else about it. UPDATE: I've owned this truck a year now and my previous review is still valid although I've gotten more used to the headlights. Overall, still really love this truck. My gas mileage has varied from as low as the high 13's to the low 19's.

2016 Diesel Colorado 2.8
Colorado 2.8 DIESEL 4x4 is fast. Def is cheap for exhaust I went to test drive and can't believe I spent $36,000 {list $40,000}that day with a 2.3% loan. It has the safety option which keeps an eye on my driving. $399 Recommend Have driven 3800+ miles and have watched all the digital views {Great}. Back roads 65 MPH 31.8 MPG with 4x4. All around 24.8 MPG since some 80 MPH on interstate I pull a 20' Hurricane. I traded a 2007 HHR with 98,000 never a problem and sold my 2004 trailblazer that got 15 mpg with 193,000 never a problem with engine or trans but rusted brake lines relaced for $920

Disappointed that it was not as nice as silverado. Wanted leather seats. 99% had cloth seats.
