My BMW 325i

Sitting in this car is definitely different from my former Volvo 850; my legs occasionally ache while driving, but I shall adjust, otherwise, I love my car! The handling is excellent, it is roomy in the back for a tall gal like myself, the new design turns heads, (including my own), and I love the neat gadgets, such as the cooling device for my drinks. It is awkward to have a drink placed inside while driving; I am used to using that area as an arm rest. My car "beeps" out of the blue; I don't know why; neither does the reps at BMW--it's not a seatbelt problem. Does this happen to anyone else? Also, I love checking my oil using the display screen and that BMW will contact me for service.

This is a great, great car. Silky smooth engine and endless amounts of effortless torque all the way up to 130mph. Refined and poised at high speeds, handles like a dream with uncanny road holding ability. It's hard keeping this car under 80mph, and it'll only feel like you're going half the speed indicated. Incredible build quality and feel. Navigation system with voice commands is amazing and iDrive, though not immediately intuitive, is to me the way of the future. Stock sound system is awesome. MP3 CD play capability will be available in a Sept. software update for those with iDrive (non-iDrive cars already have MP3 CD ability). Much improved interior room, especially the rear seating.

Absolutely the best car I have every driven or owned. The faster it goes the smoother is gets....taken corners rated at 15 MPH at 60-70 MPH and the wheels never slipped. Fun to drive. Sound system fanastic

three thousand miles in and I still look for excuses to drive the car (even with current gas prices). My only comment is that the 6 speed manual makes the driving experience so much more invigorating.

I traded an 1998 Audi A4 2.8 on a new 2006 BMW 330i and boy golly, was it a mistake! These new Bridgestone run flats wear out right away. I had to replace my first one with less than 2000 miles on the car and it needs two more. I have to assume they are for decoration - they don't actually work as tires. They brag that they run flat, but so do rocks and I don't want those either. They are uncomfortable and they go bald right away - not covered by BMWs 100% maintenance coverage (should they maybe change that to 90ish%?)
