NO TO RUN FLAT TIRES

Retired senior, 10/25/2024
2025 Audi Q7 Premium 4dr SUV AWD w/55 TFSI (3.0L 6cyl Turbo gas/electric mild hybrid 8A)

Run flat tires are ok on a perfectly smooth highway but will rattle your teeth and jump with every small bump. Run flat tires ruin the smooth ride advertised by Audi. At my dealer, you cannot upgrade the standard rims without opting for the run flat tires. Horrible! Unless you want a bumpy ride, skip the run flat tires.

Iffy Q7

Have had my '25 Q7 for about 2 months now; love the handling & driving dynamics & the styling. Now that is out of the way here is my dislikes: there is no storage except the door pockets; the 2 glove compartments have no sides so any small items spill out when opened; it took my 3 hours to get the garage door opener to take & the operating button on the touch screen is TINY - so I transferred it to the steering wheel button which will only close the door after 3-4 presses - it will never open the door!! The vehicle could be 2-3 inches lower(99% of the owners will never take it off-road) every time I get out the left seat bolster digs into the back of my left thigh before my foot hits the ground(I'm 5' 11")

The Q7 has everything I was looking for. Excellent handling, room for a family and power for towing.

Not Enough Space

The Audi is a beautiful vehicle. I test drove it extensively. The materials and build were high quality. The sound system was amazing. So why didn’t we get one? We found the vehicle severely lacks space for storing items up front. My wife hated that. Cup holders are small and shallow. The tunnel in the center of the middle bench makes it awkward to sit in the center seat. And there is hardly any cargo room behind the third row.

Exceptional SUV

2025 Audi Q7 Prestige 4dr SUV AWD w/55 TFSI (3.0L 6cyl Turbo gas/electric mild hybrid 8A)

Yes it may be relatively non showy vis a vis some competitors like the Porsche Cayenne or Range Rover Sport, but it's a truly refined and comfortable luxury SUV which in the prestige hybrid format provides a truly pleasurable driving and safety experience.
