Beautiful but 2.0 engine is slow
Loved the technology and interior design. Negatives include the useless 3rd row seating and the 2.0T motor being too underpowered for this size vehicle.
Terrible, terrible vehicle from top to bottom
This is our first Audi and WOW I cannot believe how badly it is engineered. Gas mileage is awful. Reliability is awful (we've had to have it looked at 5 times in first 30k miles). It incessantly beeps at you no matter what you are doing. It's dash and electronic display don't work half the time, and are impossible to navigate. This is the most user un-friendly cars I have ever owned and it is not even close. I will never buy an Audi again.

What a disappointment!!!
I haven't driven the car much yet but it seems to be running fine. I rushed into buying the car and did not realize that there is absolutely no room to put anything other than a phone. The armrest and the glove compartment are very small. There is not even enough room to put my wallet or my glasses in the car, literally. In addition, the back seats are partially cloth seats instead of being leather. I am not what I spent 70k on. Definitely not a good deal from any aspect.

Overall Very Disappointing
MMI requires too much work and attention and frustrates all around. It does not permit entry of new destinations while the car is in motion, drops saved destinations, and sometimes balks at connecring via Apple Carplay. Worst of all is the $85 monthly charge to have updated maps and traffic. So the nice Audi navigation graphics go to waste while we use our phone nav apps that provide traffic and updated maps for free. With 4,000 miles on the car, I had to buy a $500 new tire after running over a screw. The run flat tire could not be repaired. Nice arrangement for Audi and Pirelli, not so much for the customer. Audi has obviously calculated that people won't go for all the options with the Premium Plus 3 liter if they make less than fully loaded vehicles available so they load them all up with options you would never buy if you had the choice. $400 for the door ring lights that illuminate not all!?!? I bought this car because the older Q5 I had was such a pleasure to own and drive, but I think I would have done better with Volvo this time around.
First Audi — great decision
This is my first Audi. It’s the Q7. I LOVE IT! The ride is silky, it is beautifully styled, the interior is elegant and the dashboard is easy to read, intuitive to manage, and well thought out. The car has great acceleration and hugs the road well. The dealership I bought it from, @AudiChandler in AZ was terrific. Every aspect of the transaction was a pleasure. My salesperson, Jessie Becktell, was knowledgeable w/o being pushy. I have zero regrets and am so happy with the car and the car buying experience.
