Used 1999 Audi A4 Sedan Consumer Reviews
Worst Purchase Ever! BEWARE!
I wish I could go back to the day I bought this A4 and run. It has been nothing but trouble since day one. Problem 1) Ruined front suspension = $1600. Problem 2) Defective turbo valve = $450 Problem 3) Defective catelytic converter = $1100 Problem 4) Defective wheel bearings = $Leaving Them...... And so on and so forth. Basically, this car is an overpriced and less reliable Ford Pinto. I should have bought an Escort - this thing was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I will buy a BMW next time. Consider yourself warned.
Second time around
I bought this car after a successful first run with a 1996 Quattro. This car has been great in Boston weather, and outperforms anything else I have driven in poor conditions. It's also been reliable, and a value for such luxury. I'd buy another.

My A4 is great
A very fun car to drive in the city and on the highway. Fun in the mountains as well. Great performance, enjoyed the tiptronic. The suspension performs very well. Enjoyed the 1.8T engine, good power.
A4 review
Overall im very pleased with my vehicle However ive had a few problems with it. The drivers side window has been giving me issues. It appears to bind at times not wanting to go up also, the MFA illumination doesnt work well all the time. I wasnt expecting a cream puff since I bought it used but, these are issues I didnt expect these so soon. The car so far has been super reliable with great handling in any weather condition. I generally get about 27.5 mpg hwy and 23 in the city. Overall imvery happy with my purchase and would buy another A4.
Wunderbar!
This is the best Audi I have driven thus far, and I have driven many! From Audi 200 (V8) Quattro Turbo to Audi 80 GTE...and they were all great cars.
