GREAT CAR PREVIOUS OWNER 3.5RL & ACCORD I THINK HONDA PRODUCTS ARE THE BEST OUT THERE. I DIDN'T LOOK AT OTHER BRANDS, BECAUSE I NEW FOR THE MONEY IT COULDN'T BE BET. YES THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT COULD BE DONE TO INHANCE THE CAR, BUT LETS DON'T GET TO PICKEY FOR THE $$$. I HAVE OWNED BMW AND FOR THE MONEY THE TL HAS IT HANDS DOWN.

My only problem was early on when the vsa went crazy, and it took dealership a month to figure out what to do with the computer. Other than, this car has been perfect. Great handling and very peppy. I don't use premium gas, only plus, and that works fine. Have gotten as much as 33 mpg on the long hwy drives; average about 23-24, which is terrific. Sound system is great and finish is lovely. The CD player can make you a little crazy until it unloads and loads; that's the only flaw. Got new Michelins (and it costs a fortune with the S model) at 43,000 miles, and standard recommended maintenance; so far, nothing extra. Highly recommend it; in fact my husband bought a 2005 TL.

Best Bang For Your Buck

Just purchased a 2003 TL-S three days ago. Having a great time with it so far. Great handling, speed, ride, everything. Had a 94 Integra, so obviously a huge difference. Sport shift is fun, more to amuse myself than anything. But seriously, it is a lot of car for the price. Not too many gadgets to play with like others in its class, but that is a good thing.

Traded in BMW for TL-S

I traded in a 2001 BMW 330i for a 2003 Anthracite TL-S and I couldn't be happier. The two cars are totally different, so it is not really fair to compare them. However, for the money, the Acura cannot be beat. Everything is standard (except nav). The TL-S is a great car. Real leather, a great stereo, an awesome engine, and it can hold four adults in comfort. I just passed 600 miles and I've averaged 23mpg. Not too shabby. I'll update again when I have more miles.
