AUBURN HILLS, Michigan — Chrysler on Wednesday released an image of its new limited-edition Mopar '14, what appears to be a modified version of the 2014 Dodge Challenger.

The Mopar '14 will debut at the 2013 SEMA Show. The teaser image shows a portion of the rear end of the car with a Mopar graphics treatment.

"Our new Mopar '14 will instantly resonate with enthusiasts," said Pietro Gorlier, president and CEO of Mopar, in a statement.

Chrysler did not respond immediately to an Edmunds query asking for confirmation that the Mopar '14 is a 2014 Dodge Challenger.

The automaker said the new Mopar '14 will be one of 20 customized vehicles on Chrysler's SEMA stand. The car follows the Mopar '10 Challenger, Mopar '11 Charger, Mopar '12 300 and Mopar '13 Dart.
