Used 2004 Volvo S60 Consumer Reviews
R does stand for Race
We had a C70 crap! S60R is a much nicer more modern vehicle. Ride and performance is great. Brakes are Brembo fabulous but they always squeal, always! Turning Radu=ius is very poor. Car sticks like glue and scoots when you squeeze it. 5 speed auto is nice, manual function in up shifting has to much hesitation. audio system sounds really nice but very hard to operate and display is barely readable in sunlight. lights are great as well.
Love my Volvo ! ! !
I love this car and don't feel right driving anything else. The car has a very heavy feel to it very solid. The design of this car turn many heads and I constantly recieve comments on my car all the time. You have to have the sunroof when driving with the sunroof open I can still listen to the music perfect. I also have the Navigation system in which is very helpful for me being in a new city, when not in use it tucks away automatically in the dashboard itself for some reasons all my passengers are like WOW. Overall this car is absoluetly a winner ! ! ! ! !

Awesome Car
Just took delivery two days ago and I absolutely love this sedan. The fit and finish is next to perfect and it handles great. It's the quietest car I've ever driven and although it only has the 2.4, it is quick and nimble enough for this 50 year-old.
My Impressions of S60R
You can't appreciate the car until you have actaully driven. Unbelivable acceleration and handling. I'll take on an S4 anyday.
A fun ride, almost a sportscar !
I like the power of the 2.5T, but as Edmunds describes you have to deal with turbo lag. It is excellent in the snow and ice, the AWD system combined with a good set of snowtires allows me great control and feeling of security. Nice leather interior, decent sound system, well engineered features and looks great !
