So good so far but the stereo sucks

2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
I’m at 5,000 miles. Just changed the oil. Do not follow manufacturer’s 10,000 mile oil change guideline; change the oil every 5,000.
Also, the stereo system has five speakers of which you can hear one; the middle one. The dealers know this but have no fix. I’m starting a case to get them to fix it. I think the other four speakers work but only at the lowest level but the volume control … on works for the one, middle speaker. Mine is a 2019. There is a Sprinter Forum for owners, and they describe how they take apart stuff and solder stuff. And I’m thinking: why don’t these owners make the manufacturer fix them?!
