2019 Dodge Grand Caravan
I had a 2018 dodge grand caravan had trouble with automatic doors the dealer could not find the problem so I finally traded the car for a 2019 grand caravan. I have a physical problem that I need the automatic doors for and can not get anyone to care the dealership nor dodge. So now with the same old issues happening with this 2019 as with the 2018 and again I don't know and not even … interested in trying to figure it out. The problem happened the other day in the dealership service department I had the head of the service department and he just stood there saying there was no errors showing up he did not come over to see that the door was then acting up. He just kept saying no errors and can't get it to happen and it was acting up right in front of him but he would not even walk over to look at it acting up. I have begged for them to get dodge involved to try to figure it out but just keep getting the run around and no help at all
I lost $6000.00 on the other one now they are telling me to just trade this one in and loose another $6000.00. Dodge just does not care sell you the car and then will not try to help when a problem is there.
