Too soon to tell.

The shinny silver trim is distracting while driving. Only have 700 miles but it is hard to keep it under 80 on the Interstate.

Wasn't sure if I'd like this car. I was looking for a fuel efficient car that I didn't have to climb out of or into. The Prius seemed to low to the ground. I also wanted power as I live in a mountainous area. Review said it had low power which I do not find to be true. It goes up this big hill when I leave work without any issues. The technology is perfect with usb port and bluetooth. I like that I can turn off lane correction. I also love that my music on my phone will instantly start to play without all this effort to hook up to bluetooth. I had a Chrysler Pacifica plug in hybrid for a week and returned it for this car. I am so glad that I did. Evan after a night charging it did not get the advertised mileage, not even close. Was too smart for it's own good, and I just didn't like it. It has a spacious back seat and a big enough trunk. It gets up and goes. I restarted the fuel efficiency and right now after a week of driving I am getting 29 MPG which is not exactly what is advertised but like I said I live in a mountainous area. It keeps going up so I am confident it will maintain good gas mileage. I love how the controls can be set to watch the gas versus battery usage and it shows when my driving is helping to charge the battery. I do not have to plug it in which a major plus. Very happy with this car/

I've owned this car for over a year and a half. It's been wonderfully great to drive. Last winter; we got hit with nearly 20 inches of snow and it plowed right through the snow and got me to work without an issue. The car is amazingly quiet even when the gas engine is running. It warms up quickly in the winter. I installed a remote start and with in 5 minutes (no exaggeration) the inside cabin is warm and my windshield is defrosted. I've been on several road trips from my home state of Massachusetts to New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and packed 3 grown adults and two car seats and trunk full of luggage with no complaint from my passengers. I've got cross bars for the roof racks and I've hauled two kayaks without any issue. Other than wind noise from the kayaks, it didn't even feel like they were there. The interior is wonderfully simple and laid out. Everything is easy to find and soft to the touch. No crazy menus and submenus to go through to find what you need on the head unit. It handles broken pavement very softly and is just a wonderful road worthy car to drive. The MPG; in the warmer months where its 45 and above. I get around 35 to 44 mpg all while keeping the climate settings on auto. In the winter months, where hybrids and EVs tend to suffer; I've been getting 32-36 MPG which is still remarkably good for an SUV. My father in law has a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid and his MPG is at the same as mine during warm/cold months. My personal preference is that I like this style of the RAV4 more than the current generation. The last generation facelift looked more sporty which appeals more to my taste. If I had to get a new car if something happened to this; I'd probably go with a Corolla Cross Hybrid as the current RAV4 feels too jeep like.

This car purrs like a kitten. My limited hybrid was built in Japan and shows it. Runs nice and clean. I laugh myself silly seeing all the other idiots driving their big SUV’s and trucks paying through the nose for gas. My hybrid runs super fantastic for a 2018 model. I love everything about it. From the automatic rain sensing wipers the touchless rear entry. Very well equipped.

Plastic car, breaks easily!

Bought a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid in Jan 2022. In the six months I have had the vehicle, I have had three incidents of broken plastic clips. This is unacceptable. Toyota, why are you making plastic cars that break easily? If I had known this, I would have reconsidered my purchase.
