L-O-V-E my FJ!
After owning just about every car you can think of over the past 40 years, I finally bought an FJ. I bought it with 100K miles already on it, but in near mint condition. Got lucky. Bought this car because I wanted a car with zero expensive frills to break... wanted tough, hose it out, reliable and able to get out of anything. Live in Colorado, and weather is a serious thing. Wanted to be the guy that is pulling everybody else out of the ditch. FJ does it. She is strong, reliable, no nonsense and cool AF. If you are looking for a BMW, buy one. When you need someone to pull it out of a ditch in a snowstorm, call an FJ. When you tell this truck to "Throw down your weapons and surrender", she says "Come and get them!" Could not love my FJ more.

Just what I have always wanted
I wanted a 4WD Bronco when I was a kid. This FJ fulfills all those childhood dreams better than the real thing could have. It can climb anything and drives at crazy angles with no problems. It is also stylish inside and out.

Higly recomended car when you have small kids
I took the decision to buy an FJ because is very practical when you have kids; every time the kids spill water or any other liquid its really easy to clean up. Kids can't open the back door or roll down the rear windows. The privacy glass prevents the sun in kids face. I buy the 2x4 version which I first regretted, but living in LA and with small kids it's a little difficult to go off road anyway. I took it to a Baja trip for a total 3,000 miles (very little off road) and it's very comfortable and smooth.
Oh What a Feeling, Toyota
I have owned Broncos, Jeeps and other 4x4s and this one is the very best. Great on the highway, rides better than my wife's Volvo XC90! Great traction in 18" of snow with no slippage. Mine is the Black Cherry and I call it Razlberry, it sure has pizazz!! Toyota has hit a homerun and I am proud to own it, as others only wish they did. Everybody thinks they cost more than they do.
Seven months old and still great.
I drive it everyday and I don't have any complaints. I went on a long trip on the interstate and got over 21 mpg with a very big load and driving over 70 mph. I have not had one problem with the FJ at this time. I put some good BF Goodrich AT tires on it and put it in the mud as soon as I could. Not much of a challenge for the FJ. Can't wait to jack it up and give it an attitude. This is my second review and nothing to complain about now.
