Used 2010 Toyota Corolla Consumer Reviews
2010 Corolla, king of compact
I have owned my 2010 corolla for almost a half a year now. I am extremely happy with it. The performance is more from what you would expect, its quiet, and comfortable. I'm glad i spent the extra money in buying my corolla. Its fun to drive too. But it is a compact car. For 2 people, it has a lot of room, (I'm 6'2'') But when you have 5 people in the car, you should keep you point a to point b trip under an hour. The mileage is great, a hair lower than i expected, but the power is great. Great buy.
Great but...
I have owned this car for almost a month. The gas mileage is great, the ride and feel would be great except for a not too subtle high pitch humming noise coming from the transmission. It seems to appear only when the engine engages, as soon as you release the gas pedal the noise is gone. I will be taking it to the dealership to see what they can do. Will update at that point.

Bad design on wipers
I have an 07 Tundra , and an 06 corolla, and just purchased the 10 corolla. I have 500km and I cannot drive it in the rain. The wiper design stinks. The little wiper blade puts the rain water back in front of your face on the driver side. You lose vision in the rain and the snow.
My 2nd Corolla!
This is my second Corolla. My first was a '93 base model and my new Corolla LE proves to be even more outstanding! I left the Toyota brand and drove a Nissan Sentra for a few years, the whole time wishing I still had my old Corolla. So glad to be back! The LE has a very nice design and is fun to drive. The steering has not been a problem for me, nor has the gas pedal or floor mats.
The joy of steering
Got the car on the last day of 2009 for two reasons: needed a new car asap since my car was totaled, and wanted to avail of the sales tax credit for 2009. Car is okay, very bland people transporter, but the great gas mileage makes up for it. Complained to dealer after two weeks from purchase about "wandering steering"-not sure if it was related to tires, alignment or the steering system. Dealer tells me they have never heard of this complaint and to bring it back later if problem persists so they can check. And now here is Toyota claiming the Corolla steering MAY have some problems. Fun times ahead for all of us new Toyota owners.
