Best car I've ever owned!

I've had this car over four years and it's been 100% reliable, best handling car I've driven, great performance, and the seat gives my fairly seriously messed-up spine the best support I've found in a car seat. Mileage is very good - the only vehicle I've owned that used less gas was a Suzuki/Chevy Swift/Sprint. I'd buy this again without hesitation and have recommended the model to other folks since I got mine.

I purchased this car with 6 miles on it. I love this car. Every time I'm tempted to purchase a new car, I just can't imagine departing from my Corolla. Made in the USA by GM workers, this car has quality. Besides some initial, and minor, warranty issues, I've done nothing but change her oil and give her a new set of tires. I can only imagine this being an awesome buy as a used car because it really is quite versatile. Decent trunk, spacious interior, decent design.

Love My Little 'Yoder

Bought my car before gas prices got ridiculous. Love the gas mileage! Had an ex-girlfriend who never took care of her '99 Corolla and it ran great. I figured mine would last forever if I take care of it. The engine is peppy, but could use a little more power... especially with the AC on. It's a GREAT car for the price. Luxury car ameneties on a compact. I'm happy with the accessories (radio, cruise, remote entry, etc.) I am very satisfied with my purchase and glad I chose this car for my first new car. I highly recommend this car.

Smooth ride, sufficient power

I and a friend bought a corolla today. We got a deal of 13600, which is well below Edmunds' TMV price for a very basic corolla with a cd player and automatic transmission. Overall, it has sufficient power for highway speed. It took about 6 second to get from 45 to 70 mph, but the engine noise sounds working hard. Wind noise is not bad, but road noise is noticeably annoying. You may have to turn to volume a bit higher to listen to music. Brake works well. A/C runs smooth. There are really not much you can expect for this price, but the main thing is the engine sounds quiet and the car has reputation of reliable.

As a new Non-American company automobile owner I have to say I am impressed. The build quality is exceptional. I am having a blast driving the Corolla. Just wish I had made the decision to purchase the vehicle earlier. Could have saved us a lot. I drive 26 to 30 miles a year, and if the fuel efficiency I have seen so far continues it will pay for itself in less time than the financing. Toyota makes an awesome product. I am a happy convert.
