Used 2019 Toyota Camry Sedan Consumer Reviews
First best car purchase.
Camry is very reliable and fast. But very noisy on engine side.

They sacrificed functionality for style
Hands down the most uncomfortable car I've ever driven. The driver's seat will injur you. Very poor interior design. Not enough space for an average sized person (5'7") to sit with good posture. The seat's design in combination with the lack of headroom forces you to sit in a "C" shape. The headrests are leaned way too far forward, the wings are too narrow (and I'm a skinny guy), and the front of the seat doesn't tilt down enough to prevent sciatica. Also, where the seat and backrest meet, the design is such that it forces you to sit with a curved lower back which in turn puts all your weight on the bend part of the back - it's just a matter of time before a herniated disc. I've been driving a 2019 Camry hybrid for only a few months and already my lower back and legs are constantly in pain now. I don't know much about the process of building a car from design up but it seems like they drew up a slick looking, low profile exterior then tried to cram everything to fit into that design. Another complaint is the quality of materials used. Some of the exterior feel really flimsy and their choice of materials for the interior floors feels really cheap and is super difficult to vacuum things up from. Overall, very disappointed in Toyota for allowing such poor design into production. Maybe they should start doing focus groups on prototypes before going into production. IMO, if a car is going to cause debilitating pain, it's as good as garbage.

Excellent car!
So many complaints about sluggish transmission and engine! Just turn off track control, ECO mode, put transmission in S - and enjoy your Camry!

2019 Toyota Camry
This car does not move very fast when pressed. You have to rev it up to about 3rpm to get up to speed and making the gas mileage poor. Front doors are long making it difficult to close.

Not in love with
I bought my camry new and have not loved it. This is my 5th Toyota and I'm disappointed. It gets me around but like others said the acceleration is slow! My windshield has cracked twice and we believe because of the slant of the glass. I've not EVER had to replace my windshield. Stick with older model because the new technology isn't good.
