Used 2019 Toyota Camry Sedan Consumer Reviews
GREAT=gas POOR ctr console=infotainment=noise=dash
I SOLVED ALL MY PROBLEMS = AFTER PUTTING UP WITH EVERYTHING FOR TWO YEARS, I TRADED IT IN ON A NEW AVALON = The 4=cyl mileage averages 31-32 overall = consistent 38 mpg highway = one 53 mile trip gave me 46.3 avg = THAT IS FANTASTIC = BUT you almost have to get out of the drivers seat to close the door (No pull handles) which sounds extremely tinny when closing (No insulation) (like a '71 Vega) = Ignition is well hidden behind the steering wheel = The awful road noise is totally unacceptable. The sliding compartment at the front of the console is almost impossible to access when the car is in park and too dark to see anyhow... The sliding lid keeps closing on my hand making it even more difficult to retrieve anything. The console lid is hard to use also. It should open forward, not backwards. The cruise controls are clustered in the space of a quarter and all I can say about tthat is that it is difficult for a grown-up to use during the daytime, let alone in the dark. The INFOTAINENT" system, is that it is the most worthless option or standard feature on this car and new car buyers should get a HUGE REFUND from Toyota for stuffing it down our throats.

Poorly Equipped and Questionable Build Quality
No SiriusXM radio on a $28K car! Have had quality issues with the plastic bumpers which had to be refitted after 250 miles. Paint is easily chipped in hot weather. Car likes to select the highest gear possible for fuel economy so you are continually downshifting. Interior is poorly equipped and full of plastic. Not the famed Toyota quality of yesteryear.

Not what I expected from Toyota
I bought the car 2 weeks ago (2019 LE). The car has good outside lines but inside if you look at the panels between the inside door handle and arm rest they have like waves looking effects and some lines (almost dent like). You can see when the light hits the panels. I showed the dealer and they told me they are defects in the manufacture of the plastic. We looked at other cars and they also have the same issue. They told me that they can't fix it. Is disappointing for a new car.

More than I expected
I am very pleased with how it handles. There are a lot of features that I enjoy. I am glad that my husband and I selected this model.
