Just realized Toyota have lowered quality last two Camry's up to mid 180,000 and rings go.

I have test driven a few of these mid sized cars lately, stick with the Honda or Volkswagen. Steer clear of this mechanical miscarriage. I am not kidding when I say I was so happy to get back into my 99 Lincoln Continental. I felt like I was riding in a 70s Chevy Vega. It's obvious now to me most people have no idea what a good riding and handling car is who own these things. This had an omnipresent vibration through the seat like riding one of those dinosaur Disney rides . Every time I went to take of from a stop, the front wheels had to spin on the rainy surface. Try owning one of these in Michigan during winter. "Beam me up, Scotty, there's no intelligent life down here".

Every camry XLE I owned I purchased new. The last three Camrys have been lemons. The first Camry XLE I purchased kept overheating, and they could not fix it for several months. Every time they said it was fixed, it was not. Similarly, the next Camry XLE was also a lemon. I kept telling the service department at two dealerships that the car would sporadically take off while I was sitting at a stoplight or stop sign. The service department at two dealerships kept telling me they could not find a problem with the car each time I brought the car back to them. They kept telling me they could not reproduce the problem. Finally, after many people complained about the same problem, they fixed the problem. The last Camry XLE I had will be the last Toyota I will ever own. The car only had about 50,000 miles on it. The engine caught on fire, so now I have to buy a new car.
