I purchased my Solara in April 2000. I was in love with it then, and still love it now. Its a great car for the money. Its sleek and sophisticated, yet its still a tried and true Toyota. From an indicator light that tells you when one of your tail lights is out to the digital climate control...this Toyota has got it. If youre looking for more bells and whistles, buy a Lexus. But, if youre looking for a reliable, stylish, slightly sporty, V6 with 200-hp, at a decent price...I say this is the car.

I was excited to finally have a toyota that wouldn't be in the shop all the time. I have had the car almost a year and it has had to have the passenger seatbelt replaced, the convertible top replaced, the front calipers replaced, the wheel bearring replaced, the rear speakers replaced. Needless to say the it has been in and out of the shop all year and to make matters worse Toyota nevers gets it completey fixed the first time so you have to keep taking it in, and the won't give you a renta car unless the keep it over night, and the dont' they keep it all day and rent it to you and ask you to bring it back another day

I lovingly call my Solara MILAGROS because it's a miracle that I was able to get this car. This is by far the best car I have ever driven! At first I was shooting for an AUDI, but when I came across my Solara, wow was I surprised! With the exception of shaky brakes, it's perfect! I even turn heads where ever I go (Milagros is Periwinkle). It's a luxury sports coupe, handles the road beautifully, especially the turns! The sound system is spectacular (trust me, I'm an Audio Engineer, I know what I'm talking about!) The 6 disc CD player is such a great bonus, the trunk is huge, and there's lots of leg room in the back, more than any other coupe I've driven. I love it!!!

A really fun car to drive. And very reliable, comfortable and safe. But for the economy (what do u expect from a V6?!), a great buy.

This car is loaded with nice features. The quality of this particular toyota is comparable to their lexus line. It is really smooth, and has plenty of power.
