Used 2000 Toyota Camry Solara Consumer Reviews
Toyota Great
This was my first "foreign" car, it surpasses American car manufacturers in stability and quality. Resale value is expected to hold well.
Solid Performer
I've run this car like no other. It has had a couple of minor problems but nothing major in 110K miles. Far and away the best car I've ever owned. Body still tight and fuel economy great, even in stop-and-go traffic. Engine looks almost new.

Everything But the Paint...
Wonderful car. I love the fact I can hang wih BMW's, MB's, Lexii, and not feel embarassed. Smooth ride, refined exterior lines, quick punch with a manual tranny & 200HP engine, and hasn't given me problems through 51K. No rattles, thumps, bumps, or left-ward leaning.
Great car for the last 10 years
We bought the car new and drove it for a good 10 years. The only reason we decided to let it go is we're now working on our second baby and unfortunately a 2 door car will no longer fit in with our expanded family. Considering for how long we've had it we were thankful to only have to deal with routine maintenance and a few minor problems (the O2 sensor had to be replaced, the passenger viser mirror broke off after 5 years, and occasionally the driver side window motor will stick if the weather is very humid.) But the engine has been impeccable, and I joked with my husband on several occasions we should just keep the car for another 14 years so it can be our child's first car when he's 16.
rulez
Very well made, very comfortable, the quietest ride of any car i've ever owned. The engine is also quiet, and the interior is well-thought out.
