Excellent Buy
Never thought I would like it so much. Feels like a luxury car, handles like one too. Gas mileage is a big bonus and it depends a lot on the driving habits.
one year
No problems in first year. Mileage varies from 40 in hot weather to 34 in very cold weather. So far glad I didn't buy extended warrentee. The 50,000 mile service agreement was worth while.

Great car.
Smooth ride. Comfortable. MPG dropped when cold weather hit. Went from 32 mpg in town to 26 with temps hovering near zero. Temps back in the 40 degree range and mpg up to 28. A highway trip netted me 44 mpg. Traded a Prius for the Camry. Prius mileage suffered in cold weather, too. I loved the Prius but the Camry excels as the best combination of mileage and comfort.
6 months and still love it
Fun to drive, fully loaded and have had very few problems. Only negative is that I only get roughly 30 mpg mainly all city. Car has excellent pickup and the cvr transmission is smooth, I would highly recommend.
Best care I ever drove
I didn't plan to buy a car that day in August 2006 in Dublin, California. I just wanted to look at a Prius. There sat a gorgeous Jasper green Camry Hybrid. "Camry hybrid? Wow!" I thought. It was larger than the Prius, and about the same price comparably equipped. I have been getting 40 MPG, both city and hwy, pretty consistently since I drove it off the lot. Some gas, like Shell, doesn't go as far. I think some of these people kvetching in these other reviews just didn't bother to learn how to drive a hybrid. It is an art!
