Near luxury car & less costly to buy and maintain!

Recommend the Limited model with Cognac leather interior! This car has more luxury features than my prior owned loaded Audi and gets more than twice the gas mileage! Also vastly less costly to maintain, e.g., spark plugs only require replacement once every 120,000 miles! This car is near perfect. Of course, there are some noticable factors I've noticed that differential this car from a true luxury car: 1) Car isn't equipped with as wide of tires reducing sure-footedness and steering; 2) Infortainment controls are not as user friendly; 3) suspension system and steering isn't equipped wide tires, computerized AWD system and nearly as robust of a suspension system resulting in the car not being nearly as sturdy and easy to steer at higher speeds, around corners and over bumps especially with full passenger capacity and a heavily loaded trunk! That said, all in all this car stands is a stand out leader among near luxury larger hybrid cars in all categories!

If you have trouble getting into or out of vehicle, you would be wise to check other vehicles for comparison. Other than that, a very reliable nice riding car.

I traded in my 2017 Avalon for the 2022 model. What a mistake! Missing was the change compartment, Sunglasses or prescription eyeglass holder, no Cd player! This bothers me most of all! And the glove box does not lock!! I wish I would have looked this car over better because the dealership did not tell me anything! My 2017 Avalon had everything! I thought that the 2022 model would be better! It’s not!!! Think before you buy! Now I am stuck with it!! Unhappy consumer.😒

My third Avalon. It is very comfortable, has a lot of electronic options and gets excellent gas mileage.

We had a 2005 Avalon 11 years and 465,000 miles on it. From what I've read, the lower headroom would be tough since I'm 6'6". A review of the '05 model ended with, "Detroit, this is the car you should be building." I don't like the new front end with the lower grill.
