This 4Runner is definitely at the front of the pack. We looked a numerous SUVs before deciding on the 4Runner. Even though the America car companies were offering 0% financing for 72 months, we decided that the Toyota quality was worth paying for. We have own numerous vehicles from different manufactures, American and Foreign, by far the Toyotas have been the best.

Very happy with the vehicle. Great styling, superior handling for a Sport Ute, and power to impress with the V8, even sounds good! No problems so far, didn't expect any either. Very comfortable, quiet interior, AC and heat distribute nicely, great stock sound system. Could not be happier. Plenty of headroom (I'm 6'4") as well. Combined street/Hwy mileage 19.1

Our '05 4Runner has been pretty much as advertised. It's extremely well built inside and out, has a smooth and quiet ride, and the V8 powers the truck effortlessly. My one beef is that it has a steady vibration in the steering wheel from the drive train... not a shimmy or the road... you can feel the vibration when accelerating and in overdrive. I don't think all 4Runners have it... be on the lookout for it when you test drive.

So far, so good!! This is the most comfortable SUV I have ever been in. I love the ride. It doesn't feel like a truck anymore. I take mine off- roading, on the highway, and grocery- grabbing. The rear window roll down access is great. When I out of the store with a couple of bags of groceries, I hit the key fob button to drop the window, walk up, and deposit the bags into the back without setting the bags down to open a door!! As far as I am aware, this is the only SUV to have this. The rest flip up, etc.

After researching and reading consumer and editor's reviews, I finally bought an 06' Limited V6 4x4. I have not looked back since. It is such a solid car and gives a great ride. The seats are very comfortable and give good support. I was very impressed with the traction control after our most recent snow storm. Its a great looking truck and everyone that has been in it has said there is plenty of room up front and in back. There is plenty of cargo space for all of my gear, especially with the seats folded down. Gas mileage has been 20.2 mpg average hwy and city, which I think is pretty good. The power is the best part, getting on the gas, it is responsive and sounds great.
