This Truck Smells!!!

I used to own a 99 4-Runner and it was the best truck I ever had. I traded that one in for the 2003 and what a mistake! The car smells like rotton eggs when I step on the gas. They claimn its the gas in the 2003 vehicles. I doubt it. My husband drives a 2003 Mercedes and he has no smell. I tried the Lemon Law and Arbitration. No luck and now I am stuck. Would never buy another Toyota again. I should have kept my 99 4- Runner. Best truck in the world.

4Runner is the Best SUV

No one does it like Toyota (except for Lexus, which is part of the same company). During the last year, I have owned a Mercedes E300, 2002 Toyota 4Runner Limited, Land Rover Discovery SE, and now have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner 4x4 Limited with navigation and sunroof. My 2003 4Runner beats them all. The Land Rover had annoying ergonomics (and 17.4mpg); the Mercedes had continual electrical malfunctions (but 34mpg (diesel))and the 2002 4Runner was just a bit too small.

Traded a 2000 4Runner for the new 2003. Wow, what an improvement! And I thought the 2000 was nice! There is so much more power in the new one. All the traction systems make it way easier to control as well.

the 03 4runner is a perfect car for me. the car had never been in my shopping lists before untill the v8 showed up. for suv i came from toyota 94 LC, 97LC,98LC,01ML55(the worst suv i experinced),& the currently i drive the 01MDX 02RV4. i got all the things i want for a car and the things i don't need such as 3rd seat big cargo room. in fact i wish the double deck shouldn't be there. it serves me no purpose. did i drive the luxrious cars? a few of them for years. with 4runner i don't miss them.
