Incredible car!
Very nice car, for some reason the 6 seater was more expensive than the 7th seat, which was all i need, so i sprung for the 7, did not impede functionality at all

Almost the best
Love this car, love the reliability, love the instrument simplicity, love the Air Conditioning efficiency, the fact that I can stay indoors confortable without danger, love the seats.. love the doors. this car is so much fun, 2.5 seconds to 60 MPH: a rocket! My solar panels always keep it fully charged.. dislike the horn button, the turn signal setup. Hate the Service.. no humans, Artificial intelligence all the way.. DYS ?

Worst car I've ever owned and a total money pit!
Tesla is going to go out of business if they don't get the service figured out. The cars are completely unreliable, I've had mine in the service center 7 times in the last 18 months. The way they run the Tesla business is innovative and different but not in a good way. You can't talk to anyone, you think your car is going to be at service for maybe a day for them to have it sit around for sometimes over a week with no explanation. The X has a design flaw where the tires tow in because all the weight of the batteries and car that it wears the tires on the inside causing you to have to replace tires about every 10k miles.

Fast, but not worth the price - Go elsewhere
I have had the 2023 Tesla X Plaid for 9 months, and am happy I leased it. It is NOT worth the $123,000 (now $110,000 as Telsa dropped the price). Pros 1.)Its very fast if that is your thing. You will use the launch mode once, cool but not worth the upgrade to Plaid 2.) Wing doors are just cool. 3.) Automated self closing doors are fun. 4.) Yolk steering wheel is actually quite nice. Cons 1.) Not that luxury, something you would expect from a car this priced. 2.) Button turn signal is just awful, almost a non starter. You have to take your eyes off the road to hit the right button 3.) Poor craftmanship. The car creeks/squeaks as it is not well put together. 4.) Customer service is terrible. At this price, I expect valet service, in NYC the service center locations are just a joke. It's a 1.5 hr round trip from Midtown and you have to do that twice (pickup/dropoff). 5.) The interface to show where the other cars are around you is in front of you. Buti it is terrible and there is no ability to put it onto the main screen. I wish you could opt for it to be on the center screen. There is no ability to customize the screens. Basically, this car is "fine" but we would have been just as happy with the Y series. For this price get a Range Rover, Escalade, or some other high end luxury car. This is NOT luxury. Can't wait for the end of my lease.

Seat belt adjustment
Just got my M.Y long Range and so far I love it, my only complaint is the seat belt adjustment even on the lowest it is still high keeps touching my neck, unless you are like six feet now matter how you adjust the seat it still rubs on your neck, I also wish I could open the passengers door without always having to open the driver side door to unlock the other doors.
