I drive many miles DAILY, long and hard drives yet this car is going strong at 159k thus far. She has not had any problems. She always gets me from point A to point B. I also live in northern MN, so lots of snow and frigid temps...this car gets through snow VERY nicely and ALWAYS starts--even in -20 F. Dependable, and pretty good MPG! I love my '12 Subaru Legacy and will always speak highly.
