This 2005 Legacy GT Ltd is really a stealth rocket. Probably the most fun car to drive we've ever had. It gets the looks as there is not that many on the road out here in Wichita, Kansas. All wheel drive, 250 horsepower, turbo, leather interior, sunroof for under $30K. Is great value and of course legendary Subbie dependability. I've got to fight my wife to drive it :)

As always, the NA market doesn't get the best. Everywhere in the world except North America they get the original Legacy, which has HIDs, DVD, GPS, navigation, better tires and windshield wipers, more toys, better looking front and rear bumpers, as well as many others. On the other hand, since many Americans think bigger is better, we get bigger engine (but not more horsepower) and bumpers (the original smaller ones look 10 times better). And since typical Americans are not willing to pay "too much" for a "Subaru," the Legacy comes standard with poor all-season tires that don't perform well in almost any situation, especially in snow and rain.

While mileage could be better, this is a drivers car in every respect. Rear seats do not fold down, and that would help increase room in trunk area. Rear seats are very comfortable, though. Otherwise, loaded with power and safety and class. A-

Great handling and fast AWD Car

I couldn't believe how well this car handles when I test drove it. A the power it has is great! I was looking at the rough riding WRX Sti but it didn't compare with this car. A lot of room in the truck. The heated seats get a bit too hot for me on low. Not a bad ride for those long drives.
