Possibly the Best Car Ever Made
I bought the Xbox brand new in 2007 and love it. So far I've put 40k miles on it and have no mechanical issues with it. People still comment about its styling and when they get in it they are amazed at the amount of legroom in both the front and back. I don't know how they did it, but I swear this thing is bigger on the inside than the outside. It still cracks me up when I pull into a parking spot and the thing only fills up about half the spot.
Best Box Made...Anywhere
Purshased this car new in 2005. I can not say enough good things about it and I have had 57 cars...by actual count. I don't know what the guy is doing that got only 14 mpg, but I think he needs a new calculator. I have never gotten less than 26 mpg and even got 40.1 mpg on one freeway trip with one aboard. I know it looks nerdy but it is more fun to drive than any car I have ever had(the list includes sport cars, Mercedes, Volvos, etc.). We have 90K on the box and expect to go to 200K then give it to a grandchild.

Worth a million
A bit noisy. Extremely reliable with regular maintenance. Would buy this exact car all over again. Will never get rid of it. Just hate that they don’t make this model any longer. It just had its 12th birthday. We are buying another car for the stable soon but KEEPING the XB for tooling around the neighborhood and day tripping. Just had its 13th birthday and still kicking. Replaced muffler a couple of months ago. Back tailgate trim piece has cracked so we have to be a bit tentative when opening. We have repaired short term with super glue. No plans to replace this car. It still runs great. Even with new vehicle in stable the XB is still our main mode of transportation. Coming up on 144,000 miles and 14 years old. Love this car and will drive til it dies. 149K and still cranking after 14 years. Best value of any car I’ve ever owned. 166K and still cranking after 16 years. No plans to replace it. We have had minor repairs involving exhaust system and have replaced the thermostat. An over enthusiastic mechanic punctured the radiator by accident so we received a “ free” radiator. We transferred to a new city and have additional work on the “free “ radiator. Still a great ride. 170K miles and still going strong as we approach the Xb’s 17th birthday. Muffler needs replacement again soon and putting a new set of tires on it. Not giving up now. 3/26/23 Just had its 17th birthday at 174,000 miles and getting new tires today. Had muffler and catalytic converter replaced a couple months ago. Runs great. Still worth it to repair rather than replace. At 181,000 miles the Xb was sold. We were relocating to a mountainous area and after the Xb was inspected by our trusted mechanic, it was determined that there was too much rust on the undercarriage to pass a state inspection. The car would not have been reliable over the mountains carrying a load of any kind. It was time to say goodbye. Parting was such sweet sorrow. Goodbye old friend.

Great car
Great car. I was an auto mechanic for 27 years. 147,000 miles and only front brakes, oil change and tires. Only thing i can tell you. It's not for sale. You need a great car buy one. Remember mine is not for sale. P.S. it's also fun to drive.
Wow
I bought the xB for it's cheap price tag and great gas mileage. It has a very spacious interior and great gas mileage. I use less than a tank of gas for driving under 300 miles a week. The sound system is awesome. The 1.5L engine has quite enough power for this light weight (2,500 lbs.) vehicle. It has more get up and go than the 2003 Saturn 2.2L I had with better gas mileage to boot. What more could you ask for? It has good reliability with its Toyota drivetrain, spacious interior, and "unique" exterior. The xB is a nice highway cruiser too, and it's fun to drive. Don't believe the naysayers. I don't need the cruise control. I've never really used it in the other cars I've had cruise control in.
