Bought my 5spd redline 2 years and about 3,000 miles ago. Lately I have been driving it into Manhattan (from Long Island) for work and even this in traffic driving is enjoyable in the Sky. Came across this car while shopping for a Corvette C6. I have owned lots of muscle cars, and cars like Healy 6cyl, Jag 150s and XK8 etc. The Sky is just a great to look at design. Top up the car looks like it went through a custom chop. I like the buttresses on the top, so happy to take the extra 15 seconds to put the top up. The interior is much more comfortable then any sports car I have owned. I am 5 foot 11, and this 2008 does not have an up down seat adjustment. But sitting position is perfect, I still have a few inches above my head and plenty of elbow space. Great air conditioning, which I sometimes leave on with the top down on hot nights. Quick not fast like most classic sports cars, good gas mileage, great handling. Only problem I have had on this 22k mile 18k car is a weak emergency brake. There are lots of these out there, mine still smelled new when I got it. These cars are the sweet spot between simple and high tech. I put all season Continentals on mine so I can drive it all year long. 2 material downsides of this car are the small trunk, but there is plenty of room in there for 2 for weekend changes of clothes etc unless you are taking a tux/gown. While the handling is a good balance if your going to drive long distances regularly on bad roads I would switch out what I presume to be the original redline shocks for a pair of softer Bilsteins or the like.

Love my Sky Redline!!! Still a looker; great fuel economy, cheap to maintain. Fast, fun, extremely reliable. Turns heads everywhere I go, & people still ask "what kind of car is that?"

The Red Line is a blast to drive. The styling is great and it handles like a dream. I am not looking forward to the day I have to put in the garage for the winter! I had a choice to invest some more money in stocks or to buy some fun. Given what is happening on Wall Street, looks like I made the right choice.

This is a great car. It hugs the road and performs outstanding. Storage space is actually not that bad. I would agree that the top could be easier to put down and up.. Gave build quality a 9 because the steering pump was bad from the day of delivery. Way to go GM.

This car left the idea of the trunk to the wind but who cares? No spare tire. Car is comfortable for small car. It was built for fun not a family and it is fun and fast. Love it!
