Used 2022 Ram 2500 Crew Cab Consumer Reviews
All that I thought it would be!
2 Years 4 months later. All is well. not a single problem. I would buy this again. Love this truck. 1 year and 10 months later, we have 31 thousand miles on it. Runs and drives like a Top. No problems what so ever. I changed the oil myself regularly using Pennzoil 0W 40 KN oil Filter. Rotate the tires at the dealer or local tire shop whichever one suits me when they need arrives. I have absolutely zero regrets and would buy this all over again it’s a wonderful truck. Great Truck, everything works as expected. No issues. Uconnect 5 auto updates automatically its neat to see. I cant say enough about it. I have the Laramie and its interior is amazing. It’s Truely the luxury of trucks. We chose the Hemi and instead of the Cummins, It sounds great and has a nice rumble to it. We also chose the 4.10 gears instead of the 3.73 for better towing and pep. But you suffer like with any gear up grad a little in gas milage about 2 mpg. It drives nice, my wife was surprised as to how it takes the curves of our county roads. Make sure you get running boards lol I'm 5'10" With the 20" rims and the 285 tires you need them. The vision or the road is great sitting up high. We love it.

Issues
I got the long horn 2500 with the diesel engine package and here are the issues. 1. The buckles on the back of the front seat pockets fell off. 2. There is an on going audio thumping due to the ANC system (active noise cancelation) 3. The tint on the front driver and passenger windows came with bubbles in it. 4. Silver wheel well screw that is not painted like the rest on both passenger and driver side. 5. Uconnect system has tons of bugs. You will have to reset it frequently holding down the volume and the tune button for 20 seconds for a forced reboot.

Stay away!!
I have a 2022 Ram 2500. Truck has spent almost 5 months out of the last 11 months at the dealership. Truck now has 18,000 miles on it and has been back 7 times for the same issue. Low Boost keeps setting off the check engine light and dealership even says it should be bought back. Ram refuses to answer or return calls. Also was denied on buy back. So i guess i just make payments and it sits at the dealership. I hope this helps others make their decision. Im stuck with a $70,000 boat anchor that won't run. In no way is this a reflection of the dealership they've been great. This is directed straight at Ram.
STAY AWAY FROM STELLANTIS
Purchased in Apr 22 and from day one trash. Get 5 miles down the road and seatbelt buzzer won't go off, dome lights stayed on, cargo camera didn't work, and airbag light came on. Took it back and a week later got it back. A few months later there was grinding coming from the drivetrain and the wipers would just stop working along with the infotainment system. Ram dealers are incompetent and Stellantis representatives laughed when I told them about the wipers (all recorded and documented). Dealer couldn't recreate the issue and refused to attempt to diagnose without a code. In Jan 23 the wipers quit as well as the infotainment system, in the middle of a rainstorm on the interstate, I flew off the road so I wouldn't take anyone else out, and Stellantis yet again did nothing. They refused to accept the fact it's a lemon, I've taken it to 6 different dealerships, and nothing was ever fixed. I have since hired an attorney and seeking damages. The truck itself is trash, but more importantly Stellantis is trash and zero issue putting you or your family's life in danger. Also, looking for more people with similar issues for a possible class action suit. Someone needs to be held accountable.

Disappointed......Really disappointed
Bought my 2022 new and it broke down at 150 miles (documented). The salesman that sold it to me said to go to the nearest dealer, which told me to bring it for them to look at in 2 weeks. The truck stayed parked at the dealership for 4 of the first 6 months of ownership. Dodge replaced the radio 3 times and the brake controller twice and only to no avail, the truck has many trailer brake wiring, transmission shifting, radio, psi, and run away while on cruise, electrical issues. And has now started making lifter noises in the engine. We tried forcing a buy back but because we had 15,000 miles on it they were going to deduct like 11K off the buy back, however they did state that if we chose to keep the problem truck that they would give us 4K and we sign a Non-Disclosure...I will not agree to a muzzle law and obviously,... if after a year they can’t repair it, what makes them think that 4K is going to get it fixed. All I can do is shake my head at dodge, shame on them! The truly do not care about their customers or the defective products they sell! Quinn
