STAY AWAY FROM STELLANTIS
Purchased in Apr 22 and from day one trash. Get 5 miles down the road and seatbelt buzzer won't go off, dome lights stayed on, cargo camera didn't work, and airbag light came on. Took it back and a week later got it back. A few months later there was grinding coming from the drivetrain and the wipers would just stop working along with the infotainment system. Ram dealers are incompetent and Stellantis representatives laughed when I told them about the wipers (all recorded and documented). Dealer couldn't recreate the issue and refused to attempt to diagnose without a code. In Jan 23 the wipers quit as well as the infotainment system, in the middle of a rainstorm on the interstate, I flew off the road so I wouldn't take anyone else out, and Stellantis yet again did nothing. They refused to accept the fact it's a lemon, I've taken it to 6 different dealerships, and nothing was ever fixed. I have since hired an attorney and seeking damages. The truck itself is trash, but more importantly Stellantis is trash and zero issue putting you or your family's life in danger. Also, looking for more people with similar issues for a possible class action suit. Someone needs to be held accountable.

Awesome
Amazing truck. Powerwagon model. More power then I need but I will find a use for it! Smooth ride while either towing or driving around town.

Disappointed......Really disappointed
Bought my 2022 new and it broke down at 150 miles (documented). The salesman that sold it to me said to go to the nearest dealer, which told me to bring it for them to look at in 2 weeks. The truck stayed parked at the dealership for 4 of the first 6 months of ownership. Dodge replaced the radio 3 times and the brake controller twice and only to no avail, the truck has many trailer brake wiring, transmission shifting, radio, psi, and run away while on cruise, electrical issues. And has now started making lifter noises in the engine. We tried forcing a buy back but because we had 15,000 miles on it they were going to deduct like 11K off the buy back, however they did state that if we chose to keep the problem truck that they would give us 4K and we sign a Non-Disclosure...I will not agree to a muzzle law and obviously,... if after a year they can’t repair it, what makes them think that 4K is going to get it fixed. All I can do is shake my head at dodge, shame on them! The truly do not care about their customers or the defective products they sell! Quinn

Everything I was looking for, plus a little
I needed a work truck, plain and simple. But also something I could use as a daily driver with some comfort and room for a family of four. The 2021 Ram 2500 Tradesman really checked all of my boxes. The ability to add a few creature comforts in the cab of an entry-level trim was a great addition. Besides the standard cruise control and power locks and windows, I was able to up the entertainment center screen, which included added Android Auto! Also upgraded was cloth seats, rubber mats, heated mirrors and rear window, and a sliding rear window. Outside, the truck I purchase also had a nice chrome upgrade that made the steel wheels look a little nicer. Overall, it felt like a luxury truck compared to the F250 XL I drove, and was about $4k less expensive. Don't think I'm a Ram Loyalist, as this is my first one. I've owned all the major brands (and even a Honda Ridgeline) but in 2021, Ram easily had the truck that best met my needs with the right price.

Not the GOAT!
RAM has a transmission problem in their diesel trucks! Our 2022 RAM diesel truck has been at the dealership since November waiting for its 3rd transmission (11,000 miles on engine). They can’t even tell us what or when they are going to do anything!?!?!? This is our first RAM truck and we are beyond disgusted. We qualify under the lemon law in our state at this point, but is ashame that this is what it’s come down to. Don’t buy a RAM diesel right now, big problems with transmissions!
