Hold on tight
This car is a rocket. Modified with larger turbo, SS exhaust, hotter cams, fuel enrichment, 1 bar boost and Euro springs this car makes about 380 SAE hp at the rear wheels. These turbos are great because they are easy to modify. Handling is excellent, the brakes unparalleled, and the looks are classic. I love this car!
True driver's car
This car is a blast to drive. The AWD keeps everything in check, unlike older 911's that had snap oversteer. The 964 model is the last year of the classic body and one of the last air cooled engines. You feel every bump in these cars and they corner as if they were on rails. Its acceleration is instant and braking is the same. Be prepared to spend money on maintenance, they are a 16 year old high performance vehicle and require regular service.

Dream Car
I recently purchased my 1991 c2 Turbo Porsche three months ago. I have been looking for my perfect car since I went to a Chevy dealership with my father at the tender age of nine back in 1965. I begged him to by a Corvette but as practicality would have it we drove off in an Impala Super Sport. I CRIED! 37 years and at least 37 cars later I finally have landed what I feel is the best looking best handling best overall car in the world. Now the tears are all of pure joy.
A style all its own!
I have had my Targa for 3 years and it's a pleasure just to take the car out on weekends and explore neat places for the day or overnight. It handles perfectly on the interstate as well as the back country roads. Luggage space is more than enough for the overnighters, so there's no worry about limiting what you want to take due to lack of room. The leg room is fantastic and when the Targa top is down, you feel like a million bucks cruising down the Interstate at 80 (oppps 70). I like the handling at all speeds, especially the way it hugs the road on sharp turns... although high performance tires are a must. Lastly maintenance is minimal but I service the car like clockwork!
True Sports Car
This 911(964) has been a fantastic driving experience since the first day from the showroom. Superior handling, instant acceleration, great brakes and a feel for the road that is top of the field. Complete fun and has never been to the shop except for scheduled maintenance. My neighbor has a Testarossa and we excanged test drives. The 911 is superior in every category except top speed. And where can you drive 180+ mph ? Humm. Take the 911.
