power enough

I love driving this car. Sporty enough, power enough, roomy enough. Only problem, and a real problem, was that it would collect water in the rear driver's side floor pan after a rain. Not after every rain, but after a driving rain. No one could figure out where it came from.

High mileage (111,900) GM car purchased from a Chrysler dealer a year ago 2/5/01 for $4,995. Beautifuly detailed with minimal wear & looks almost new. Very comfortable, V6 W/4 speed auto trany performs very well. Recently had 100,000 mi. tuneup when the check engine light came on. GM dealer charged $1,015.

My Bonnie was purchased used six years ago and we have had a great relationship over the 72,000 miles. Like most, she has required some maintainance but nothing major. New water pump at 100,000, injector problem at 80,000, fuel line leak, and brakes have been it. It is a car I would recommend to others and I am contemplating moving to a newer used Bonnie.

200,000 miles!

I love my car but unfortunately it is time to say good-bye. I bought the car in 1997 with 32,000 miles and it now has 198,600 miles! Never had any major problems with the car (just regular maintenance). Just got a quote from a local garage for $1,100 - it needs struts & mounts, ball bearings, wheel bearings & an axle. I would love to keep the car, but as my husband tells me "it's at the point where things are going to start letting go". I'm giving the car to my 17 year old nephew so at least it will still be in the family! I'm now looking for another Bonneville!

I purchased my Bonneville from a rental car lot with 20K on it at a year old. It currently has 212,600 miles and has had no major parts replaced. I am finally going to let it go for a minivan b/c my family is growing. I feel like it has given me many years of great ride and reliability.
