Love my Rogue!!!

I read several review online (Car & Driver, Edmunds, others) that said that the Rogue has lackluster/slow pickup and isn't fun to drive. So this vehicle wasn't even on my radar. But a friend told me that I should drive one. I'm so glad I did! I have a bit of a lead foot so I need my vehicle to move when I need it to. The Rogue does not disappoint!! The pickup is great and it has a smooth, quiet ride. My previous vehicle was a 2015 Toyota RAV4 which I thought was a good vehicle. The Rogue beats the RAV4 hands-down in cabin/road noise, smoothness of ride and the Rogue definitely has more responsive acceleration. I am so glad I gave this vehicle a chance. I'm slightly obsessed with driving it.

Did not have all the perks as my basic 2020 rogue

Do not like that it does not have a divider in the trunk that covers stuff up like all my other nissan suv's did ... does not have a backseat storage holder behind one of the seats , scary set up with new shift where u just press a button to Park and to go reverse u have to shift up not down... also now I am noticing when I press the P for parking it is also flashing r as well and the back up camera goes off when u start to move backwards which is very dangerous and it says it is sending info to something when u start the car about ur driving without ur permission..

What are all these complaint's?

I don't know why everyone is complaining this and that wrong with your Rogue. I bought a 23' Rogue Plat and had only one issue and that was the fuel smell coming from the PCV hoses. I went to my dealer at the service dept and they now have a fix to replace that free under warranty, highly recommend you do that and your fuel smell will go away. As for the other's getting stuck and other issue's didn't have any of those and this SUV get's great gas mileage.

Delayed backup camera

I just brought a 2023 Rogue, before I could pull off the lot the front left passenger window would go up or down. Brought it to the dealership attention and the “did an update” to the car. Had the car back the following weekend due to a delay on the backup camera. I had the 2021 Rogue never had a delay to the reverse camera. The claim they didn’t noticed and that they tested it “15 times”. I informed them I fear of hitting someone assuming the camera is live but it’s a couple of seconds delayed.

Not as advertised

I purchased the 2023 Nissan Rogue due to the nice design of the vehicle and the sticker stating that it should get 28 city, 35 hwy. but after 3400 miles, the vehicle, driven 90% Hwy manages just an average of 25.6 MPG. This is the real world average that’s done by an app to track fuel. The computer shows that it’s is averaging just 27.9 mpg. After a visit with the dealership, and a visit with a Nissan representative, they said it was not an issue. This vehicle is also severely under-powered and under-preforms. After Nissan refused to do anything, it will be traded off for a non Nissan vehicle. This vehicle will eventually cause a multitude of issues due to the horrible and problem plagued 1.5ltr 3 cylinder engine. Buyer beware!

NISSAN is knowingly putting on inferior & unsafe t

•••••••Buyer Beware••••••• If you are considering the purchase of a NEW NISSAN ROGUE, don’t! •NISSAN is putting on, knowingly, inferior tires. •NISSAN is putting dollars and cents before the SAFETY of consumers. I am not writing this in a vengeful manner, but as a Consumer Alert. On September 31st, 2022, we leased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV AWD. On November 15th, 2023, just over a year of driving, I took the vehicle in for a routine oil change at our local Nissan dealership. The vehicle had just over 13,000 miles on it at that time. I was stunned when the service advisor came out and informed me that my tires were shot and I needed to replace all 4 tires. I felt, at that time, that I needed a second opinion and went to a local tire store and they confirmed it, MY TIRES WERE SHOT! The brand of tires and the model of the tires were DUNLOP GRANDTREK PT21 MUD & SNOW. The local tire store gave me the customer service number to DUNLOP. Before I called them, I went online to see if anyone else was having this problem or if I was an anomaly. To my shock what I saw online were thousands of reviews, dating back several years, stating the exact same issue that I had, people complaining that NISSAN was putting on this inferior tire and had to replace all 4 tires after approximately 13-15,000 miles. I called Dunlop to see what they could do. They informed me that the tires they sell to NISSAN do not come with a warranty. They said they would see what they could do, but I would have to take it to one of their factory stores. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one in my area, but there was one about an hour and a half away. I agreed to go there to see what they would do. When I got there, I was told that the tires I had were terrible tires and that they have had to replace several of them at the owners expense. They did agree not to charge me for installation. I also found out that Dunlop is owned by Goodyear and ended up telling them I would not accept Dunlop again. They agreed to put on Goodyear tires and suggested I contact NISSAN to see if they had some sort of goodwill they could do. I did call NISSAN customer service and the person I spoke to was shocked at what I told him about the tires and said he would send it up the ladder to the executive team. The NISSAN executive team is a joke and they told me to contact the BBB Auto Line and make a complaint, of which I did. If you purchase a NEW NISSAN ROGUE, expect to have to shell out $700-$900 for new tires after 1 year or about 13,000 miles. I am well aware that NISSAN didn’t manufacture the tires. But, for the last SEVERAL YEARS, NISSAN has ignored the complaints and continues to put dollars & cents in front of their consumers safety. DO NOT PURCHASE A NEW NISSAN ROGUE

Comfortable interior and drives great in the snow

Bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV AWD about six weeks ago and I have been very happy with it so far. Pros: comfortable interior, lots of amenities (the heated steering wheel, remote start and large moon roof are particular favorites), good gas mileage for an SUV, plenty of pickup when you need it and, most importantly for where I live, it drives GREAT in the snow. I drove through some very wet, heavy snowfall today, passing at least five cars that had spun out and were stranded on the side of the road or the median. But with the Rogue in snow mode, I never felt my wheels slip once, even when changing lanes across messy, accumulated snow. Cons: as the review says, the ride is a little tight/bumpy compared to some models, but not so much that it’s uncomfortable. The road noise is noticeable but not a dealbreaker for me. Getting the temperature right in the front seat is a constant battle that I mostly lose. And as one other reviewer noted, the inclement weather does have a tendency to disable some of the safety features, like lane-assist and the thing where the car stops for you if you’re about to rear end someone. Very happy with this car overall!

My 2020 Nissan Rogue lease was up, since I had no problems with this one I leased another one, a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV. I've had it for 3 weeks now and I love this one better than the last. I love the stop/start feature. The gas milage so far is outstanding. I would recommend anyone looking for a midsize SUV to put this one on your shipping list. Good Luck.
