CD ;player
We have been looking for a vehicle with a cd player included in the package and this vehicle fits the bill. It also had a v-6, which is better than the 4 turbos.

Intelligent cruise control (ICC)
I recently purchase a 2020 murano platium awd. The car runs okay but has a flaw, or a bug, os software issue with regards to the cruise control while descending down hill. With ICC engaged at 65 mph while descending down a hill the car will speed up without any noticeable deceleration or breaking from the car. It's a known issue with the 2019, 2020, 2021. I call the nissan dealer and they play it off that the car is operating in the design parameter. I complain to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Nissan of America ect. The car has a software flaw in the ICC I think. So, if you are not expericing this issue feel bless. But, if you Google then you see I'm not alone with this problem. People are comming up with a good work around solution for this ICC problem that . https://www.nissanmurano.org/threads/2021-murano-cruise-control-is-going-to-kill-someone.226505/page-2

Drifter 2020 Nissan murano
This car drifts all over the road you really have to hold steering wheel tight to feel in control of vehicle. The set up of the gas pedal, brake caused alot of knee pain for me and the big console in the middle did not allow for knee movement. The technology was adequate but no more then any other suv I looked at. Stereo set up unimpressive and location of speakers not well planned out. Has alot of great safety features which is why I gave 3 instead of 2 stars.

ALMOST MEETD MY NEEDS
Plenty of power, but design has some issues. The steering controls, too much going on, with no common sense built-in. Why are all the options on the front of the wheel. The time you spend looking for the phone, cruise control, volume, you could get in an accident. The writing is in a 2 font, and the buttons are so small, you might hit the wrong ones. There is plenty of room on the back of the wheel for the volume, and tuner. The 365 camera system is a fantastic idea, but with the small viewing area, the side iof the car view while backing out or pulling in is too limited to see clearly, and i a foot away, or less than an inch, and going to hit. with all the great tech, but no dash or backup camera black box, with all this tech, the option to plug in a thumb drive and record events is needed. Even a ring doorbell saves to my phone when there's motion. A lockable or concealed storage draw for cash, wallet, keys, is needed. This SUV has very limited storage, and most of it is in the main center storage compartment. Trust me, what your looking for is under everything. USB issues, all i had so far..

Hard Sell
I drive a 2017 Murano .Sharp lines! The 2020 model has been "softened "., and seemed to me to be less roomy, and the stats suggest poorer mileage to be expected.
Come on Nissan.
Great vehicle, but you guys could have been alittle more thoughtful, I buy a Special Edition with all the goodies moon roof etc., But no hatch release inside or remote?

Not worth the money
Not worth the money I was excited to purchase this car as my second full purchase and it’s definitely not worth it there are so many little issues I was told there was a front and rear camera there’s only a rear that freezes constantly the Nissan connect never works the car starts to have issues after 30,000 miles every time I use my seatbelt this strange purple lint comes out and ruins my clothes the trunk on my model is not automatic I specifically asked for certain specs that I did not get the car drives well and it controls well but like I said after 30,000 miles everything starts to have issues I would never recommend this purchase to anyone my Nissan rogue that I purchased prior to this was the best purchase I’ve made
Not Worth the $$$
This SUV might be the worst vehicle ever built, on par with the AMC Pacer. Expect many problems including dysfunctional cruise control and dangerous autonomous braking. The car will stop for unexpected reasons - beyond the mechanic’s ability to repair. This model should have the designation “POS” appended to the model name. Worst vehicle I’ve ever owned.

Hard work
I had the greatest experience working with Terry Welch over at Trophy Nissan. I knew exactly the kind of car I was looking for and what perks I wanted inside the car! He took to the car of all the things I wanted and made it all happen. Thank you again Terry Welch I appreciate your help
