Used 2022 Nissan Armada Consumer Reviews
Overall, a very good experience
The other posts are correct about the starting issues. I had swapped the brake switch and then still had the issue. It ended up being addressed under warranty with a software update (Search NTB19-099) and haven't had the issue since. I work from home, prior to COVID as well. So, I don't put a lot of miles on it and drive it infrequently as I have other cars. I use it mostly for towing a boat and longer family trips. I love the sound of the V8 and it's an extremely quiet cabin compared to any vehicle I've owned before or currently do. The rear air suspension levels out when I have a trailer, or the boat connected. It feels planted towing 6000# at highway speeds. If i had to replace it, I'd get another Armada without hesitation.

Great SUV if I could get one that worked correctly
Nissan does not stand by their product. I have dealt with a continual problem on my 2019 armada platinum for 36k miles and the dealer has attempted to fix it 9 times without success. Nissan refuses to do anything. This is my second Gen 2 armada platinum and the first one had a terrible issue with the transmission that took many attempts to correct and never really worked like it should. I had to trade that one in to get a proper working transmission. So here I am almost 5 years after buying a Nissan armada still dealing with problems they can’t seem to fix and won’t offer a solution for. We have also owned 3 QX56/QX80 and those did not have these kinds of issues. Seems illogical since they are basically the same vehicle.

New.... to me, Armada
A couple of years ago I rented a large SUV for a family trip and ended up getting an Armada for that trip. Long story short, 2 years later, when I needed to replace my Ford pickup (after 40+ years of Ford pickups) I decided to try something different... Bought a second hand 2021 Armada with 70,000 miles and have never been as pleased with a vehicle. The Beast (as I call it) has the quietest ride I've ever been in. The seats are extremely comfortable, it has an awesome sound system. When you have to move and hit the gas, that V-8 will definitely get it done. I've read a few people complain is that the controls are somewhat dated... personally as kind of a dinosaur myself, I really like the knobs and buttons. Very satisfied Armada owner here!

Fantastic family SUV
This is our 2nd Armada. We owned a 2019 SL and bought a 21 Platinum. This 21 Platinum has every single option and is the EXACT same vehicle as the QX 80 for less $. It rides like an absolute dream, super quiet inside and the styling is amazing. The updated screen and wireless carplay is great. Wireless charger is hit and miss, has to be on perfectly which rarely works out. Very happy with the purchase. Gas mileage is bad, but I knew that going in based on the last one we had. That's a price you pay to have a large SUV that is super comfy and roomy for the family.

Armada vs GL550
i traded a GL550...my third one....for a Platinum Armada and there is no comparison. The Nissan gets a bum rap from the reviewers over the gas mileage. The Armada runs on regular and the oil can be changed at the quick change. Figure the difference in price of gasoline vs just those two items. The Armada is larger, more comfortable, just as quiet and has a killer HVAC and radio. As to the back seat, did the reviewers ever SIT in them? Compare to a Chevy or GMC rear seat. The Nissan is a LIMO! Have I said enough. WE LOVE THE ARMADA.
