Bang for the buck
Being a married-man-in-a-mini-van took some getting used to, but I'm ok with it now. I love my van. Solid and comfortable, an abundance of bells and whistles, good gas milage, and a Nissan engine. My kids and I highly recommend it.
Great minivan so far
We have owned this minivan for less than 2 weeks and I love! it. Great fuel economy, great Nissan engine (I heard the 3.0L. V6 is in the Maxima from this year too) and transmission. With 174,000 KMS. on engine, transmission was replaced around 130.000 KMS, we also own a 1997 Pontiac Trans Sport and we like both the same.
Never again
I'm glad Mercury/Nissan is going to quit making these. We bought the van with 48,000 miles, now has 112,000. Problems include: replace injector, $400, replace A/C hose $800, replace blower motor, ignition switch. Smells like gas and anti-freeze in winter when starting up, no-one can locate either problem. Now that I have kids, I'm trading this thing ASAP before it starts on file from the fuel leak, also not big enough if you have kids.
My Mercury Villager
This van was my first car when i was 16. It has been very reliable when my parents bought it in 94. It was also a fun car to drive around. I wish i did not have to sell it. I will always remember that car.
very nice family car
Village is a nice family car, comfortable with good gas/mileage and lots of space.
