Used 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class SUV Consumer Reviews
Ok but not what we expected
We found the GLC 300 SUV to be very noisy on the highway and had control issues during windy conditions. Also there may be a continuing problem with brake noise. Other aspects of the vehicle were excellent.

More than I expected
We also own a Mercedes 2017 E300 for the last 16 months which is the best car I've ever owned and that includes both BMW and Infinity. When my wife and I go to the garage we have a which of vehicles to drive most often get into the GLC300. We are enjoying everything about this SUV but what we are most surprised by is the opulet interior, large backseat and outstanding ride.

My first impression took my breath away
This Suv is amazing. The ride in any mode is great. My only issue is the sound system I like 80's funk but I'm not feeling the Funky Bass. I would like to thank Mercedes in Long Beach for a wonderful Experience. Joel your service and attention to detail is much appreciated.

Great Grocery Getter
My favorite car of all time, a Mercedes E350 Sport Sedan, was recently totaled in an accident. Fortunately, no one was injured, but I was upset because I wasn’t really in the market for another car. I went to our local Mercedes dealer and, just by pure luck, they had a 2018 GLC 300 which had just come off lease with 10,800 mi. Yep—3 years old and 10,800 mi. (I have typically purchased CPO Mercedes). Additionally, it was equipped with the 2 most important features for me, Advanced Parking Assist and Apple Car Play. Frankly, I would not buy a GLC without Advanced Parking Assist. It’s almost impossible to judge distances without it. I’ve had the GLC for a little over 2 months now and have come to really enjoy it. The turbo 4 is plenty strong and amazingly quiet. Access and egress is easy. The cargo area is adequate. The interior is beautifully appointed. I really appreciate the ability to extend the driver’s seat cushion. The extra support makes distance driving extremely comfortable. This car has first generation Apple Car Play which does not feature a touch screen, but since I only use Pandora and Apple Maps, it meets all of my requirements. Perhaps it’s an unfair comparison, but the GLC 300 is superior to my wife’s well equipped 2014 BMW X3 in virtually every category. And there is absolutely no comparison when it comes to interior ambience. The GLC wins hands down. I just completed a 200 mile trip over the back roads of Georgia. The car is incredibly comfortable, handled well on the twisty roads and got a welcome 30.2 mpg.

Pleasure to own
Recently traded in my 2018 GLC after owning it for almost 31/2 years. The vehicle was trouble free and returned fairly good resale value. Fit and finish was flawless, interior was every bit up to Mercedes quality. Cost to own was fair, vehicle did require premium fuel. Engine power was well matched for this vehicle, it was fairly quick and responsive . When I traded it in, it ran as well as the day I drove it home from the dealership.
